Amazing Cliffside Stay!

The location was amazing! The terrace bar had amazing views. Our family room provided plenty of space. I had easy access to the roof terrace, a definite bonus.
The breakfast service was a little slow one morning.

dirty plateimpractical bed
The confirmation message lacks clarity regarding navigation. i drove to a dead end and had to move my car before check-in. breakfast included cheap juice and lacked fruit. A dirty plate was given to me with my meal. the four poster bed is impractical. It moves when touched and hits the wall.

the breakfast offered limited choice it also suffered from slow service the delay impacted my schedule considerably the lack of variety was disappointing a more diverse menu would improve the experience significantly i expect promptness and efficiency especially with a timed breakfast service. the room seemed quite dated overall a refresh would enhance its appeal significantly some aspects showed wear and tear that detracted from the experience minor updates could make a big difference.

The location was excellent. I could hear the sea from my room. Breakfast was amazing (especially the full English option!), with plenty of choices. The staff was friendly, and Dean and his team were very cute. I was also pleased that the room was super clean.
The confirmation message didn't mention the parking situation in the dead end, so it caused some initial confusion when trying to find a space.
